Compensation
How compensation works
- CPA: a flat fee per KYC-verified first purchaser you refer in a permitted state.
- Revenue share: a share of net revenue — Gold Coin sales minus prizes, refunds, chargebacks, fees, and taxes.
- Commissions are subject to audit and clawback for fraud, incent fraud, or policy breaches.
- Either party may terminate on 30 days notice; disputed amounts are held pending review.
- Mutual indemnity applies: each side covers claims arising from its own misconduct or breaches.

Claims you must never make
Every promotion must carry a clear affiliate disclosure, target 21+ audiences in permitted states only, and never bid on our brand terms. The following are banned everywhere you promote us:
- “Free money” or any claim that play is a way to earn income
- “100% legal” or any blanket legality claim about any state
- “Risk-free” or “guaranteed win” language of any kind
- Targeting or appealing to anyone under 21
- Presenting Gold Coins as redeemable for cash or prizes
- Hiding or downplaying that Sweeps Coins are free promotional entries with no purchase necessary
