Cool-off — lock yourself out for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Purchases and SC play pause; the lock cannot be undone early.
Session reminders — optional nudges about time and spend while you play.

Self-exclusion

Self-exclusion closes your account to all play and purchases for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. To start it, go to your account, open safer-play controls, choose self-exclusion, and type EXCLUDE to confirm. Self-exclusion never forfeits verified redeemable balances — eligible balances remain claimable through support after verification.
