Affiliate & Influencer Terms

These Terms apply to every affiliate, influencer, streamer, publisher, and agency that promotes Pinks Play World (a "partner"). They supplement the partner agreement you sign with us; if there is a conflict, the signed agreement controls. Promoting us without an approved agreement is not permitted.
1. Eligibility and approval
1.1 Partners must be 21 or older and operate in compliance with the law. By promoting us you confirm you are not subject to sanctions and have no disqualifying regulatory history.
1.2 Each partner and each campaign receives tracking links or codes only after a signed agreement and content pre-approval. One partner per player, first-touch attribution (30-day cookie); self-referrals and incentivized sign-ups without disclosure are prohibited.
1.3 You must disclose to your audience that you are paid to promote us, clearly and conspicuously, before any link or call to action.
2. Advertising rules — claims you must never make
2.1 Never claim or imply that play is a way to earn income; never use "free money" or similar.
2.2 Never claim we are "100% legal", "risk-free", "guaranteed to win", or suggest we are a licensed gambling operator.
2.3 Never target or appeal to anyone under 21, and never use creative, influencers, or channels with under-21 audiences.
2.4 Never present Gold Coins as redeemable for cash or prizes. Gold Coins are for social play only and have no cash value. Sweeps Coins are free promotional entries — never sold — and no purchase is necessary.
2.5 Follow the FTC Endorsement Guides and all applicable disclosure law, including the Consumer Reviews Rule (16 CFR Part 465). Undisclosed paid or incentivized reviews are prohibited.
2.6 No spam, misleading redirects, prompted installs, cookie stuffing, brand-term bidding, or unauthorized use of our marks, game art, or name.
3. State and audience restrictions
3.1 You must geo-exclude all advertising from states where SC play is not available and from Washington entirely. Current availability is published at /help/states; the list can change and you must update your targeting within 5 business days of notice.
3.2 Do not run paid search or social advertisements for SC (including Google and Meta) without our prior written approval. Kick sponsorships are not permitted.
3.3 You are responsible for your subcontractors and for any placement you buy, including its audience and geographic targeting.
4. Compensation
4.1 Compensation is set out in your signed agreement. We currently track qualifying activity in-house; payouts begin once our payments stack is live. Until then, commissions accrue on the partner dashboard and are paid when payout rails are available.
4.2 Where compensation is revenue-based, it is calculated on Gold Coin sales minus prizes, refunds, chargebacks, fees, and taxes — never on SC redemptions or prizes.
4.3 We may withhold, reverse, or claw back compensation for fraud, incentivized traffic without disclosure, policy breaches, or self-referrals. We may audit traffic and placements on request.
4.4 Either party may end the agreement on 30 days' notice. Sections on confidentiality, indemnity, compliance, and payment for valid pre-termination activity survive.
5. Compliance, records, and indemnity
5.1 You will keep records of your compliance (copy, disclosures, targeting, and approvals) for at least 3 years and provide them to us on request.
5.2 You indemnify PRH Services LLC against claims, fines, and losses arising from your breach of these Terms or your agreement, your content, or your targeting.
5.3 We may suspend your links immediately and terminate for any breach that creates legal, regulatory, or payment-processor risk.
5.4 Nothing here creates employment or agency. You are an independent contractor responsible for your own taxes (US partners receive Form 1099-NEC where applicable).
