Prize Redemption Policy

This policy explains how Sweeps Coin (SC) prizes are redeemed. SC are free promotional entries with a prize value of 1 SC = US$1.00 once redeemable. The Official Sweepstakes Rules control if there is any conflict on SC matters.

1. Before you can redeem

1.1 You must be 21 or older, resident-verified in, and physically located in an SC-enabled state, and your account must be in good standing.

1.2 You must complete full identity verification (Tier 2 KYC): government ID capture, a live face scan with biometric consent, and residency verification. Identity verification is requested automatically when you make your first redemption request. Sanctions screening applies where required by law or our payment partners.

1.3 Bonus SC must be played through once (1x) before they become redeemable. SC won from play — including Pink's Pot SC wins — are redeemable immediately.

1.4 One redemption request may be open at a time, and no more than three (3) requests may be made in any 24 hours.

1.5 The minimum redemption is 25 SC, and total SC prizes per calendar-year promotion period are capped at US$100,000. If the cap is reached, SC play pauses for the rest of the period; SC you have already won stays redeemable and unplayed SC carries over.

2. Methods and payouts

2.1 Payouts are made by ACH/bank transfer to a bank account in your own verified name only. No gift cards, no crypto, and no transfers to another person at launch.

2.2 Every request goes through a two-person review (staff approval and a second confirmation). Approved requests are paid within 10 business days of the request being complete.

2.3 We may ask for additional information to verify identity, residency, or payment details before paying. Requests with mismatched names or unsupported methods are declined and the SC returned.

3. Taxes

3.1 Prizes are taxable income to the winner. You are responsible for reporting and paying any federal, state, or local taxes.

3.2 When your prizes reach US$2,000 in a calendar year, we ask for a signed W-9 (legal name and taxpayer identification number). We issue Form 1099-MISC, Box 3 (other income) for reportable prizes. If you do not provide a valid TIN, backup withholding of 24% applies to reportable amounts.

3.3 State information-return and withholding rules apply where required. We provide annual statements and can answer tax-form questions at hello@pinksplay.world.

4. Expiry, closure, and unclaimed prizes

4.1 SC expire after 12 months of inactivity. We email you 30 days and 7 days before expiry. SC in an open redemption are never expired.

4.2 We never forfeit redeemable, verified SC because of responsible-gaming self-exclusion or a cooling-off break.

4.3 On voluntary account closure or a state exit, we stop SC play and give you at least 30 days to redeem verified redeemable balances under this policy.

4.4 Approved-but-unpaid redemptions (for example, a failed bank transfer) are tracked and re-paid on valid details; unclaimed amounts are handled as required by applicable unclaimed-property law.

5. Winners list and publicity

5.1 Period winners summaries are available as described in the Official Sweepstakes Rules: send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the AMOE address within 60 days after the period ends.

5.2 We publish winner information only with separate opt-in consent, and only as permitted by state law.
